1. Overview

The Ducks Kingdom is the governance environment of the HBAR Hodl Ducks ecosystem. Verified holders participate in decisions, while Gold and Diamond Duck owners can create proposals that shape marketing, improvements, and development.

Key point: Ducks remain in your wallet. No staking, no lockups. If a Duck leaves your wallet, privileges are removed at the next check.

2. Purpose

The Kingdom ensures the project’s direction is community-driven. Proposal topics include:

  • 📣 Marketing & brand growth
  • 🧭 Ecosystem & feature improvements
  • 💡 Creative ideas and integrations
  • 🛠️ Technical & UX enhancements

3. Access & Verification

3.1 Ownership Verification

Access is granted via read-only wallet verification. Ownership is checked periodically; if sold/transferred, access is revoked automatically.

4. Proposal Creation

4.1 Eligibility

Only Gold and Diamond holders can open new proposals.

4.2 Categories

🧭 Ecosystem Development
Utilities, collaborations, upgrades.
📣 Marketing & Visibility
Campaigns, partnerships, events.
💡 Community Suggestions
Creative/social initiatives, UX polish.
💰 Treasury
Temporarily disabled (see section 6).

5. Voting System

All verified Duck holders can vote and comment. Votes are transparent and tied to the verified wallet.

Quorum: a proposal requires a minimum of 100 total votes to be considered for review/implementation.

5.1 Rules

  • One verified wallet = one vote
  • Votes are final once submitted
  • Results visible in real time and archived after close

6. Treasury Proposals (Status)

Proposals about the Ducks Treasury are not accepted at the moment. A dedicated system is in development and will be revealed after the full mint.
